Little Vampire at Pagan Pride LA

A very good friend of mine (She's my friend, I'm her uberfan ^_^) publishes a webcomic called Little Vampires, featuring a cadre of cute little vampires and their little monster friends. In my ever growing need to pimp Rebecca Hicks out, I brought my Little Vampire friend to Pagan Pride LA 2011. He hung out at the CSULB Pagan Alliance table, and when the cute girls, big vampires and and otherwise awesome people stopped by he begged them to take a picture with him. Boy did he have fun this year!
Above is one of my club-mates Alex, and Little Vampire at the entryway.

Little Vampire does his best to help set up. We find he does best in supervisory roles.
(Dear Hicks', recognize that hat? I'll be wearing it at #LBCC this year too!)

Little Vampire wanted to help us put the sign up, but it was a wee bit high for his tiny wings. Oh well, he still got a picture with two lovely ladies from the CSULB Pagan Alliance!

Little Vampire with his first victims. These lovely ladies had just bought some beautiful Dia de los Muertos headbands, Little Vampire just had to compliment them!

Little Vampire may not be much of a pianist, but he knows talent when he sees it. Namely the Diva Extraordinaire, Erykka Ximone. (I would love to give you a link, but all she's gots is an e-mail. :( I didn't even realize until after she'd given me her card that she was the beautiful opera singer I'd been hearing moments before!)

This gentleman had stopped to take a picture of our table with all it's random stuff on it. Fair is fair, Little Vampire insisted, if he takes a picture of us, we get a picture of him. I think my witchy hat looks particularly fetching on him as well!

What can we say. Little Vampire has a thing for belly dancers. As you have yet to see...

I believe this young lady worked at the same booth that sold the aforementioned Dia de los Muertos. Little Vampire liked that things were dangling from her everywhere! So much fun to swing from!

Little Vampire wasn't sure what the deal was with this guy until he listened to me talk to him for awhile, about several e-mails we had back and forth. This gentleman was the man in charge of all the vending and organization booths, kind of the face of PPLA as far as we were concerned. Little Vampire was so grateful for everything Brian did for us, he insisted on a picture!

Oh Little Vampire. A sucker for belly-dancers, and pretty ladies. But no one minded stopping to take their picture with him, he was just to cute to worry about! Oh, and she had fun dangly things to swing from to. To much fun for little vampires!

The last picture of the day, but by far Little Vampire's favorite! He got to get a picture with a real Big Vampire! This Big Vampire is from the infamous League of Vampiric Bards! Little Vampire was so nervous, but he knew he would regret it forever if he didn't ask! Now of course he's going to be bugging me for the next month to go to one of their performances. We will try Little Vampire, we will try.

Well it was a fun day, and Little Vampire had a blast! He certainly can't wait for next year's Pagan Pride! We'll make sure he get's to a few more Pagan events before those roll around though.
